This Shipping Policy explains how Twingle processes, ships, and delivers jewellery orders placed on our website.

Order processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays, or high-volume sale periods may take longer to process.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery within India is usually 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other logistics conditions.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer will be clearly shown on the website or at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available contact method. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Delivery attempts

Please provide a complete delivery address and reachable phone number. If a courier cannot deliver because of an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

Cash on delivery

If cash on delivery is available for your order, the option and any related charges will be shown at checkout. COD availability may depend on location, order value, and courier serviceability.

Delayed, lost, or damaged shipments

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@twingle.in or +91 8921-955720 with your order number. If the product reaches you damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video and photos of the original packaging.

International shipping

Unless international shipping is shown at checkout, Twingle currently ships within India only.
