Thank you for shopping with Twingle. This Refund and Return Policy explains when returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are available for orders placed on our website.
Return window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged-on-delivery returns only
Twingle accepts a return or exchange only if the product reaches the customer in a damaged condition. Any other reason for return or exchange, including change of mind, size or colour preference, comfort, styling preference, minor colour variation, or buyer's remorse, will not be accepted.
How to request a damaged item return
Email us at support@twingle.in or contact us on Phone/WhatsApp at +91 8921-955720 within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, delivery date, product name, clear photos or an unboxing video showing the damage, and photos of the original packaging.
Inspection and approval
All damaged item claims are reviewed by Twingle before approval. We may ask for additional photos, video, or courier packaging details. Requests made after 7 days of delivery, requests without proof of damage on arrival, or items damaged after delivery may be rejected.
Condition of returned items
If a return is approved, the item must be unused and returned with its original packaging, tags, cards, and accessories where available. Do not send any item back unless Twingle has approved the return and shared return instructions.
Return shipping
For approved damaged-on-delivery cases, Twingle will guide you on the return or exchange process. Return pickup or return shipping support may depend on courier serviceability at your location.
Refund method and timing
If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, or payment partner may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for approved damaged-on-delivery cases and are subject to product availability. If the same product is unavailable, Twingle may offer a replacement option or refund after approval.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled under this return policy after delivery.
